Tochi Ramen

One of the top ramen places in Wisconsin according to the people who sent me here. Tochi Ramen in Sheboygan. I went butter corn: spicy miso, pork belly, pork schnibs, roasted corn, cumin butter, green onion, and a miso egg.

I have been let down by broth at a lot of Wisconsin ramen spots. This one is more buttery than spicy right away, which is not a bad thing. Flavor is incredible. A flavor I had never tasted before. Has to be that cumin butter.

Pork belly slapped. Only change I would make for my bowl is more spice, so I added their house made hot sauce. Wow. That is spicy. The egg was unbelievable. That is my selling point on ramen.

Overall I am blown away. Packed with flavor every bite. Everyone from Sheboygan came through with the recommendations. Tochi Ramen off 8th Street downtown. Unbelievable.
