Tochi Ramen in Sheboygan finally delivered the broth

We are at one of the top ramen places in the state of Wisconsin. Tochi Ramen in Sheboygan. So many of you recommended this place. I have yet to find incredible ramen in Wisconsin. Let's dive in.

What I ordered
Butter corn: spicy miso, pork belly, pork schnibs, roasted corn, cumin butter, green onion, and a miso egg. Also tried their house made hot sauce in the bowl.
My thoughts on the food
What has been letting me down most places is simply the broth. Right off the bat this one is more buttery than spicy, which is not necessarily bad. I prefer spicier, but the flavor is incredible. So much flavor. A flavor I have never tasted before. I think it is that cumin butter. It is so good.
Pork belly: oh yeah. Only change I would make immediately is more spice. I would add red chilies for my personal bowl. You can get house made hot sauce to put inside. Wow. That is spicy.
That egg was so good. That is like my selling point on ramen. Unbelievable. Phenomenal. Overall I am blown away. A ramen taste I have never had before, packed with flavor every single bite. Even though I want it more spicy, it is still delicious.
The verdict
Everyone from Sheboygan absolutely came through with the recommendations. Tochi Ramen off 8th Street in downtown Sheboygan. Unbelievable.
