Troy's Take

Sujhi Sushi is a food truck out in Fitchburg. When I asked how they would describe it, they said South American sushi. These might be the most insane sushi rolls I have ever seen.

The rolls are warm and lightly fried, not your classic sushi, so go in with that expectation. The Tiger Roll was my favorite, then the shrimp tempura roll with that sweet sauce, and the Super Volcano Roll came in last for me.

I also had my first poke burger ever. The buns are rice patted down, and it is loaded with shrimp tempura, spicy crab and avocado. The bun texture threw me off at first, but the flavor blasts your mouth.

Get your hands on that poke burger. I will definitely be back.
