Red Heat Chicken is a fried chicken spot in the West Towne Mall food court. Yeah, you have to go into the mall. That is the worst part. Everything else was incredible.

First impression: massive tenders. I got heat level 4, extra hot. House sauces and seasonings. Dangerous looking chicken. The heat sneaks up and simmers on your tongue without being insane.

Juicy, greasy in a good way, breading not too thick. Their special sauce might be the best house sauce I've had from any chicken tender place. I could drink a gallon of it. Seasoned fries with that sauce were ridiculous.

My lips were on fire, nose running, two thumbs up. Might be the best chicken tenders in the city. Please open a location outside the mall.
