If you have seen my videos, I have been hunting for the best breakfast tacos and burritos around Madison. This chorizo burrito from Oasis Cafe in Fitchburg is pretty big and thick, and a lot of people told me to try it after my sandwich review there.

They have bacon and chorizo breakfast burritos. I went chorizo. Peppers, cheese, chorizo, hash browns, the works. Great taste, but it needs hot sauce. Straight chorizo should bring heat, and this one did not until I poured their house hot sauce on it. That changed everything.

Hot sauce taste is interesting, almost vinegary with a little sweet edge, not Cholula. With it, this is the best breakfast burrito I have had in the Madison area so far. About 10 to 11 bucks. Not overpriced. The coffee shop itself is a great place to meet friends, work, or study.

I will absolutely be back for the bacon breakfast burrito. Oasis Cafe in Fitchburg. Highly recommend.
