I have been trying to find the best breakfast tacos and burritos around Madison. This one looks good. Pretty big. Pretty thick. Chorizo burrito from Oasis Cafe out in Fitchburg.
I already reviewed one of their sandwiches and a lot of people said go try the breakfast burrito. So here we are. They have bacon and chorizo. I was feeling chorizo.

The vibe
This coffee shop is sick. Great place to meet friends, go work, go study.
My thoughts on the food
Taste is great. Packed with peppers, cheese, chorizo, hash browns. But it definitely needs hot sauce. If I am going chorizo, I want spicy, and this is not spicy at all until you add their house hot sauce.
That hot sauce changed everything. Interesting flavor. Almost more vinegary than Cholula, maybe a little sweet. With it, this is really good. Best breakfast burrito I have had in the Madison area so far.
About 10 to 11 bucks. I do not think that is overpriced. I will absolutely be back to try the bacon breakfast burrito.
The verdict
Oasis Cafe out in Fitchburg. Great breakfast sandwich, great coffee, and now a great breakfast burrito. Overall just an awesome spot. Go check it out.
