Miyabi Sushi is on McKee in Fitchburg by Target, old Flying Hound spot RIP. There really are not great sushi options on the Verona-Fitchburg line, so if this is good it is exactly what that area needed. I went opening weekend and it was absolutely packed.

Got it to go: pan-seared gyoza, rock shrimp, Sunset Glow rolls (shrimp tempura, avocado, spicy crab, eel sauce, tempura crunch), and a spicy salmon roll because I get that everywhere I review.

Sunset Glow was A1. Packed with flavor, sweet eel sauce, spicy crab without being too hot, crunchy tempura bits. Reminds me of a Shaggy Dog roll. Spicy salmon tasted fresh and solid. Gyoza and rock shrimp were good but takeout never does fried and pan-seared apps justice.

Highly recommend. Maybe hit a weekday or go a little earlier than peak dinner while they settle in. The sushi itself was awesome.
