Troy's Take
Hot 'n Spicy used to be in the back of the Viet Hoa grocery store and now has its own spot at 4604 Monona Drive, on the corner closest to the road. I had been recommended this place so many times.
The beef jerky has this lightly sweet glazed flavor. I have never recommended a place based on beef jerky, but if you can get your hands on it, do it.
The angel wing, a stuffed chicken wing, is very lightly breaded and packed with flavor. One of the best I have ever had, if not the best. The crispy noodle lad na, their signature dish, was unbelievable.
About 45 bucks for three things and the portions are massive. I found my favorite spot. This is it.
