Troy's Take
I was working one day, went downstairs, saw a Thai food truck, and had to take advantage. BROThAi. The owner went out to Thailand, learned how to cook, and brought it back to Wisconsin.
I got the Thai-fecta: flank steak, crab rangoon, and a Thai chicken wing, plus three egg rolls. Those egg rolls are lightly crispy and soft at the same time. I could eat 100 of them. That sauce is amazing.
Flank steak was so easy to chew it was melting. Not drunken noodles or pad Thai. This is street food. Feels incredibly healthy compared to my usual reviews. Thai wing sauce is like Thai chili with gochujang. Has a kick. That shit slaps.
Highly highly highly recommend. Tag them and catch the truck when you can.
