BROThAi egg rolls might ruin other egg rolls for you

That is amazing. I can eat 100 of these. It is a food truck. I was working one day, went downstairs, saw a Thai food truck, and had to take advantage.

What I ordered
The Thai-fecta (flank steak, crab rangoon, Thai chicken wing), three egg rolls, plus a separate order of Thai chicken wings with the Thai wing sauce.
My thoughts on the food
Egg rolls first. Lightly crispy but also soft at the same time. Smell is unbelievable. That is amazing. I could eat 100 of these. That sauce right out the gate. Starting off hot.
Crab rangoon is classic and solid. Flank steak from the Thai-fecta is so easy to chew it is like melting. Really good. Good day to stumble on a random Thai truck.
When I first saw the truck I expected drunken noodles or pad Thai. It is not like that. It is street food. You are not getting a giant noodley dish. Honestly this feels incredibly healthy, which I am happy about because I do not eat healthy for these reviews. Steak is so good. Rice is really good too.
Thai wing next. Classic fried chicken wing without sauce, then the real test with the Thai wing sauce. I could drink this sauce. Almost like a Thai chili with a gochujang mix. Definitely has a kick. That wing sauce slaps.
The verdict
BROThAi is Thai street food. I found it walking downstairs so I do not really know their full schedule, but I will tag them. This was all so delicious. Highly highly highly recommend it.
