Troy's Take
Amber Indian Cuisine out in Middleton might be one of the best Indian spots in the whole Madison area. Indian food is my favorite food of all time.
They start you with papadum and three chutneys. The onion chutney was my favorite. So much flavor.
The garlic naan is some of the best I have had. Buttery, garlicky, fluffy, slight crunch on the edges. It soaks up the tikka masala sauce perfectly.
Service was nice but a little slow. Will I come back? Bet I am coming back to Amber.
