Grand Haveli out in Verona has that classic Indian restaurant vibe. One large open room with lots of seating, and that is exactly what you get.

Shrimp pakora was a first for me and it was great. Perfect amount of saltiness and a light, crunchy breading. The garlic naan was really garlicky, which is exactly how I like it.

Chicken tikka masala at spice level 3 out of 5 was nailed perfectly for me. The flavor, the aroma, and the way the chicken melts in your mouth. All really good.

Super friendly service, especially with my kids, and about $100 for four adults and two kids. An incredible addition to the Indian food scene around Madison.

  • Get the shrimp pakora. Light, crunchy breading and the perfect amount of salt.
  • I ordered the chicken tikka masala at spice level 3 out of 5. If you like heat, go 4.
  • Four adults and two kids ate for about $100. Super friendly with kids. Closed Mondays, lunch and dinner Tuesday through Sunday.
