Troy's Take
The things I do for good wings. The Dump sits in a town I honestly never thought I'd find myself in, and it turned out to be worth every mile.
Don't let the name fool you. From the outside it looks like a tiny hole in the wall, but it opens up into a massive space with multiple rooms, slot machines, great bars and a ton of beer. Classic, lively Wisconsin pub feel and totally fine for families.
It was Wednesday, so I went all-you-can-eat wings with fries and two sauces. These are not your average tiny bar wings. Huge, never frozen, hand breaded, and the breading is the star: flaky, crunchy, and it breaks apart perfectly instead of being that rock-hard stuff you get at cheap places.
Buffalo was phenomenal, exactly what you want. The garlic parm was out of this world, and I usually stick to spicy. The crunch-to-meat ratio was almost perfect. These are in my top five wings in Wisconsin.
Everyone says the burger is world class too, so grab one if you're not on wing overload.
