Troy's Take
Supposedly this is the best cheesesteak you can get in the Madison area, and it looked and smelled so good.
I got the Cooper Sharp cheesesteak with shaved ribeye, caramelized onions and Cooper Sharp cheese. They make the bread in house, and it is what they are known for. It is so soft.
The only downside was getting there. The cart was on campus by one of the libraries, and driving through campus is not fun. The cart moves, so check their page for the location.
About 15 bucks and worth it. They were incredibly nice. I want to see this go from a food cart to a full restaurant.
