The review
Troy's Take
These are some of the best rated wings in the entire state, and Neighborhood Draft was a total vibe. This is not the classic Wisconsin dive bar you usually see in my wing reviews. It is more of a hip, upscale room with dark brown wood everywhere and a genuinely classy bar.
Grilled wings were ten for fifteen dollars, so a dollar fifty price per wing, right in the middle of what I see around the state. My gut said buffalo garlic because I love spicy garlic, but they had JB3, which I had at TomKens and really liked, so I went that route.
First impression: perfectly grilled. I took the lid off and the smell blasted me. Great crunch to meat ratio, a real char bite, and plenty of flavor. Still, I should have gone with my gut on the buffalo garlic.
One gripe: at ten wings you can only pick one flavor. Six or fewer, sure, one flavor makes sense. At ten I want two, especially when I walked in right at open with nobody else there.
Final verdict: 8.8. These deserve a high eight spot, and compared to the other grilled wings I have had they are right there with the best of them. Go support them, the vibes inside are immaculate.

Good to know
- Grilled wings were ten for fifteen dollars, about $1.50 per wing.
- Only one sauce per ten wing order, so plan accordingly.
- Lots of sauces to choose from. JB3 is great, buffalo garlic is what I would order next time.
- Smaller, more intimate bar. Beers run high, my hazy was nine dollars.
