Mars Resort out by Lake Geneva is one of the most popular supper clubs in Wisconsin, and I can not tell you how many times it was recommended to me, so we made the trip.
Classic supper club vibes. Dark room, dim lights, lower ceilings and a really intimate feel. My wife got wine and I had to get an Old Fashioned.
The waitress recommended the duck strips, fried and dipped in this sauce that was so good. I went with the fish fry, which came with clam chowder, and it was incredible. The warm chocolate cake tied the whole meal together.
Mars Resort lived up to the hype. Just know they do not take reservations, so a busy night will be tough.
