Daylene's Supper Club

Daylene's Supper Club sits right on Lake Delton in the Dells, and my wife and I paired it with the treehouses next door. Quiet, clean, modern, peaceful. Felt like you were a little outside the chaos of the Dells in the best way.

We sat at the bar first for an espresso martini, then moved into the big open supper club room. Windows wrap the place, patio looks stunning. It was pouring rain so we stayed inside, and the vibe still hit.

Appetizers: cheese curds with Carr Valley cheese that my Wisconsin-raised wife called some of the best she's had, lightly breaded and melty. Cheesesteak egg rolls packed with flavor. Clam chowder was unbelievable, one of the things they're actually famous for.

Entrees stole the show. I got scallops and crispy pork belly on carrot puree. Best pork belly I've ever had, melted without chewing. Scallops perfectly seared. Wife's filet used quality meat and showed it. Dessert was light, airy butterscotch pudding with white chocolate.

Food, service, vibe, treehouses next door. I will 100% be back.
