Troy's Take

Licari's is the only place that has won Madison Burger Week two years in a row. I got the Pull Tab Burger that won in 2024, and I honestly did not even know how to eat it.

Jenifer Street Market patty, homemade chipotle aioli, American and pepper jack, a ton of bacon, and two jalapeno poppers stuffed inside. That bun is by far one of my favorite buns.

This is not a quick cheeseburger stop. This is a go all out and be tired for the rest of your day burger. The cream cheese and jalapeno popper with everything else, I can see why it won.

Cajun fries were fine on their own, then I dipped them in the homemade garlic aioli and it was unreal. About $18 total and it could feed two people. I will 1 million percent be back.

  • Get the homemade garlic aioli with the Cajun fries. Trust me.
  • Burger and fries were about $18 and it could easily feed two. Small parking lot. Call ahead at (608) 256-3548 to order and pre-pay.
