Bri's Fresh Bakes in Sun Prairie used to only sell at the farmers market before opening its storefront. When I went, the line was wrapped around the building and I got there 20 minutes early.
I got six items for 37 bucks: two carrot cake croissants, a Nutella cruffin, a pistachio croissant, a chocolate chip cookie and a cinnamon roll. These pastries are huge.
The carrot cake croissant is literally carrot cake in a croissant. Soft, flaky, buttery, with that cream on top. Best carrot cake anything I have ever had. The Nutella cruffin is fluffy in the middle, and the pistachio croissant has a light cold cream that is not too sweet.
Hands down the best bakery I have been to. Thursday to Saturday only, so get there early.
