I wholeheartedly mean this: these might be the best cookies I have ever had in my life. Not good for Madison. Actually insane.

There is no storefront. This is a local small batch baker out of Waunakee. You order online, pick up, and immediately eat everything in your car. It feels like finding something you were not supposed to know about yet.

The cookies are a perfect bake, insanely soft, rich flavor, the kind where one bite tells you these are different. The bagels are some of the freshest you will get around Madison, soft in the middle with a slight crunch outside, and the cinnamon raisin had swirl in every bite even untoasted. The sourdough might be the prettiest loaf I have ever seen: crackly crust, fluffy inside, great plain.

Every single thing I tried was at the top of its category. Start with the cookies and the sourdough, then work through the rest.
