Troy's Take
My first Philly in Madison came from the deli at Brennan's Market, $13.99. Cool place. Craft cheese, wine, all kinds of specialty stuff.
Shaved ribeye, peppers, jalapenos, cheese, garlic mayo. Cheese perfectly melted in, ribeye packed with flavor, jalapenos give it a nice little kick.
Bread is soft and fresh, but the edges get a little sear on the stove top. Everything pressed together just right.
I grabbed their cheddar curds too. Good taste, not much squeak. But that Philly literally made my day. I will 1,000% be back.
