Troy's Take
Ancora has a few cute little coffee shops around Madison, and they are known for having the best breakfast sandwiches. I went to the one off University Ave.
The Hella Stella is scrambled eggs, arugula, tomato, cheddar, boom boom sauce, sausage, and I added bacon. About $15. Filled to the brim. Soft Stella bun with a crispy grilled inside.
Every bite with a lot of boom boom sauce is unreal. Bacon is crispy, eggs are fluffy. It is going to be really hard to beat this one.
I also tried the honey bacon biscuit. Fluffy biscuit, good egg, bacon cooked well. An 8 for me. Next time I am ordering extra honey. Still real good.
