Troy's Take

Every time I post an Asian food review, so many of you comment that I have to try Ahan. So I finally did. The first time I tried, the wait was so long I went across the street to Tokyo Sushi instead. Expect a wait.

The Lao egg rolls and pork dumplings were out of this world. Perfect sear on both sides of the dumplings, and the egg rolls were super crispy without thick breading.

Ahan has a rotating monthly chicken sandwich. Mine was strawberry basil sweet chili, and I would never have ordered it otherwise. The flavors came together perfectly and the chicken was so crispy. My wife's spicy chicken and rice was really good, just a few too many greens.

I get the hype. High quality, fair prices. Go early.
