Stuffed Bagels

Today we are trying the viral and famous sausage bomb as well as the crab rangoon burrito from Stuffed Bagels out in Stoughton. I already reviewed their stuffed bagels, and they were unbelievable, but I went when they were brand new and only had about four things to choose from. Now the menu has expanded, so I had to come back.

My thoughts on the food

The crab rangoon burrito first. I could tell the breading was breaking apart right in the to go box. Lightly flaky and crispy on the outside, and it came with a sweet and sour style dipping sauce. I did a big dip and this might be one of the best things I have ever eaten. Flaky and crunchy on the outside, creamy in the middle, and that sauce pairs perfectly with it.

When I heard crab rangoon burrito, I was like meh, because when I think burrito I think Mexican food. But I am dead serious when I say this is better than any crab rangoon I have ever had at any restaurant, and I have had a lot of them.

Then the famous sausage bomb. Look at how soft that bread is. It was literally breaking apart in my hands. One hell of a cheese pull, and the inside is creamy and sausagey. This is one of the best meals I have ever had, and it is from a bagel place, and I am not even eating bagels. That bread, holy cow.

Important and interesting info

• Weekends only, and they sell out. The crab rangoon burritos and sausage bombs will probably be gone if you show up late.
• Expect a line.
• Parking is not fun.

People at Stuffed Bagels, you are doing everything so well. If you are reading this, stop what you are doing and figure out a weekend you can get out to Stoughton. Their bagels are phenomenal too, but do every single thing in your power to try the crab rangoon burrito and the sausage bomb. You will not be disappointed. Good luck.
