Double Dub's MKE buffalo wings earned the hype (8.7)

We are trying what is supposedly some of the best wings in the entire state of Wisconsin. So many people in Milwaukee said this place has the best wings. I have tried to come here so many times, but every time I was in Milwaukee something did not work out. Hundreds of people recommended it, and just from the looks I can see why.

What I ordered
Buffalo at spice level 3 out of 4 and garlic Alfredo. Six wings were 10 bucks and 12 were 18 bucks, I believe. The guy helping me said spicy blue is his favorite, buffalo and blue cheese with crumbles on top. Their most popular is barbecue, but I am not the biggest blue cheese guy and barbecue does not always hit for me.
My thoughts on the food
That is a great buffalo wing. First bite fell right off the bone. Great sauce to crunch ratio and great size on the wings. I love spicy food and I do not think level 3 is that much spice. If you cannot handle heat it might be too much, but for me it is perfect. You can eat the whole thing without your mouth burning or sweating your ass off, and you still taste the flavor. I love those big crunchy parts on a buffalo drummy.
Garlic Alfredo is their take on garlic parm. It tastes exactly like garlic Alfredo. Surprise, right. I say that because I am a big spicy wing guy. Only one garlic parm has ever blown me away. This tastes great, and if garlic parm is your favorite flavor I can see you loving it. The meat was falling right off the bone, which I love.

The verdict
Double Dub's food truck gets an 8.7. Really good wings, meat fell right off the bone, great size, and that buffalo sauce is one of the better ones I have had. Price is not crazy at all.
