A-Mart did it again: bulgogi fries, short rib tacos and a cheesy seafood egg roll

I have been here before, and I still think A-Mart is a hidden gem. They have so many different food items, they are always coming out with new stuff, and everything is so fresh.
A-Mart is an Asian grocery store on the west side of Madison, off Whitney Way near Gammon. The deli inside is the move.

What I ordered
- Two Korean short rib tacos
- A seafood egg roll
- An order of bulgogi fries
- A strawberry milk boba tea from the new self serve station
My thoughts on the food
I did not grab a fork, so we went barbaric style. Bulgogi beef fries first. Holy. Definitely get a fork. Another 10 out of 10 meal from this place. The only thing I would change is taking the chives off. I am not a chive guy. I also probably just stained my $20 Target shirt, which is exactly why I do not get nice things.
The Korean short rib tacos. The tortillas are thicker than your normal tortilla and they break apart a little easier, so it is a huge mess. But I thought it was going to be thick and hard to chew, and that is not the case. Light and flaky, honestly just really good bread. And so much short rib, marinated in a sweet glaze. Unbelievable amount of flavor.
Last but not least, the seafood egg roll. It comes with what I am pretty sure is Thai chili sauce. What an unreal cheese pull. I am not the biggest seafood fan, but it does not taste fishy or seafoody at all. It tastes cheesy, and when you pair it with that Thai chili, wow.
Also new since last time: a self serve boba tea station. I made a strawberry milk boba. I know some people hate the texture of tapioca. I love it.
The verdict
What I love most about this place is how much flavor every little thing has. This is exactly what I wanted for lunch. I am literally about to go home and finish the bulgogi fries with a fork. A-Mart, you did it again. You always have some of the best food in Madison. Great job.
