Every Supper Club Within 30 Miles of Madison
Every supper club within about 30 miles of Madison, with a quick take on what each one is actually good at.
These are all of the supper clubs within 30 miles of Madison, give or take a little bit. Every one of them has over four stars on Google, which in my mind means over 80 percent of people really enjoy it.
Full disclaimer: a handful of these are not your traditional supper club, but all of them claim to be a supper club in one way or another on their own website.
I also put together the full Wisconsin list of 311 supper clubs. Type in your email anywhere on this site and it lands in your welcome email.

Harvey House
Harvey House· Madison
A supper club built inside Madison's old train depot, with a martini and steak program that takes the classics seriously instead of treating them like a costume. Dark, moody, and the kind of place you book for a night you actually care about.
Dorf Haus Supper Club
Dorf Haus Supper Club· Sauk City
German American supper club out in the country near Sauk City that has been family run for decades. Schnitzel, sauerbraten and a Friday fish fry, plus the relish tray and old world dining room that make the drive feel like part of the experience.
Hi Point Steakhouse
Hi Point Steakhouse· Ridgeway
Sits up on a hill outside Ridgeway with one of the best views of any steakhouse in the area. Steaks, prime rib and brandy old fashioneds, and a sunset out the window that does half the work for them.
Quivey's Grove
Quivey's Grove· Fitchburg
A stone house and stable from the 1850s turned into two dining experiences: the fancier Stone House side and the casual Stable Grill. Wisconsin ingredients, historic rooms, and just a gorgeous setting that you have to see to believe.
Club 60
Club 60· Columbus
Straightforward Columbus supper club that does the fundamentals right. Steaks, seafood, Friday fish and a bar where regulars know each other. No gimmicks, just a consistent night out.
Delaney's Steak, Seafood & Wine
Delaney's Steak, Seafood & Wine· Madison
The most modern feeling spot of the bunch. Aged steaks, a serious wine list and a dining room on Madison's east side that leans steakhouse more than supper club, but still keeps the classic pieces on the menu.
Johnny's Italian Steakhouse
Johnny's Italian Steakhouse· Middleton
One of the few chain spots on the list, but do not let that scare you off. Italian American steakhouse in Middleton with big portions, a lively bar and cocktails that hold up. Not a traditional supper club, but it calls itself one and the food is solid.
Maple Tree Supper Club
Maple Tree Supper Club· McFarland
Classic McFarland spot that leans into everything people picture when they say supper club: dim lighting, prime rib, fish fry and a bar pouring old fashioneds all night. Great choice when you want the format done straight.
Toby's Supper Club
Toby's Supper Club· Madison
A Madison institution on the south side that has barely changed in decades, which is the whole point. Prime rib, fish fry, relish tray and a crowd of regulars who have been coming since before you were born.
Fishtales Restaurant
Fishtales Restaurant· Lodi
Lodi spot with a heavy seafood lean and a supper club backbone. Fish fry, steaks and a casual small town room that fills up fast on a Friday.
Green Acres
Green Acres· Sauk City
Another Sauk City area option, and a reliable one. Steaks, seafood and Friday fish in a low key setting where the bar does a lot of the heavy lifting. Good pairing with Dorf Haus if you are working through the Sauk City run.
Hooker's Resort
Hooker's Resort· Poynette
Right on the water in Poynette, which changes the whole feel. Supper club menu, casual resort crowd and outdoor seating in the summer. Go for the setting as much as the food.
Rex's Innkeeper
Rex's Innkeeper· Waunakee
Waunakee mainstay that has been feeding the area for decades. Big menu, banquet space, prime rib and fish fry. The kind of place families default to for birthdays and holidays.

Fitchburg spot that mixes bar and grill energy with supper club menu items. Casual, easy and a decent local option when you do not feel like driving out of town.
Tornado Steak House
Tornado Steak House· Madison
Downtown Madison, tucked off the Square, and one of the best steak rooms in the city. Leather booths, a great bar and a menu that reads like a supper club with the volume turned up. It is on the pricier side, but worth it for a night you want to remember.
Turn Key Supper Club
Turn Key Supper Club· Madison
The newest name here, taking the supper club idea and giving it a modern Madison spin. Cocktails get real attention and the menu plays with the classics instead of copying them.
